C. A. Badger Company was established in January 2006 to provide custom metal fabrication and custom machinery.
Our specialties include Ribbon Blenders, Paddle Mixers, Paste Mixers, Counter-rotating agitators and cookers for food and non-food products. Some of the industries served include companies that provide food additives and ingredients, such as spices and flavoring, as well as the baking industry. Other industries include the manufacture of Stucco, Joint Compound for sheetrock, Painters Caulk, the manufacturing of Bearing Grease, Paint and Adhesives.
As you can see, we are able to produce complex components and equipment, but we also welcome smaller jobs.

| This is a complete blender system for Donut flour. The upper bin is mounted on load cells. The product is weighed and gravity feed into the blender. After the product is mixed in the blender, it is discharged into the vane feeder and transfered to the packaging hopper using an air blower system. This system was made per customers specifications.
